Return & Refund Policy — Healthyfy-Me

At Healthyfy-Me, every product is made and processed with care. Since many of our items are made-to-order, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or preference issues.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Color/design preference changes

  • Delayed delivery caused by shipping carriers

  • Minor variations in print placement or color due to screen differences

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled within Same day before 9 PM. After production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refunds

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
